HEALTH & PERFORMANCE LAB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone or in person.

Appointments are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received where applicable.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate.

 

3. Memberships

Memberships:

·      Are non-transferable

·      Are non-refundable unless legally required

·      Must be used within the agreed membership period

·      Cannot be shared between clients

 

4. Medical Screening

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries and medications.

Health & Performance Lab reserves the right to refuse treatment where participation may be unsafe.

 

5. Under 18 Clients

Clients under 18 years old:

·      Must have parent or guardian consent

·      May require a parent/guardian present during sessions

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in treatments, exercise and recovery therapies carries inherent risks.

Health & Performance Lab accepts no liability for injuries resulting from:

·      Undisclosed medical conditions

·      Failure to follow practitioner advice

·      Misuse of facilities or equipment

Nothing within these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
